Your Board is always working hard to make the year’s programme of Gala evenings full of variety, so that each evening we spend together with you, our brothers and sisters of the CONFRERIE, will be a night to remember. We spend time with the Hotel or establishment hosting the event well in advance and give guidance as appropriate on the location, theme, décor, as well as the menu and the wines. For the “merry month of May” we will be meeting at the Westin Chosun Hotel and instead of a dinner in a grand ballroom venue, we will spend the evening in the more intimate surroundings and atmosphere of the Ninth Gate Restaurant, which has long earned the reputation of one of the finest western restaurants in Seoul.
